There are so many promotions being made by industry and organizations in Japan, and doing promotions using the calendar becomes a simple solution. Recently a factory in Osaka did it with a wall calendar but to make it more interesting there are beautiful cosplayer pictures as well as to attract young workers.
The calendar was released by a company called Ohmiya, the headquarters located in Higashiosaka, an industrial area. Known as manufacturing towns from small to medium-sized factories are here and suffering from the decline of new workers, largely due to the fact that work in factories will get "3K" terms from "kitanai", "kiken", and "kitsui" (which means "dirty", "dangerous", and "demanding").
And to solve that problem Ohmiya works with Bibi Lab, to create a wall calendar product idea by showing that the work at the factory is great fun.
Ayato Nikukyu, a 21-year-old cosplayer who helps to get everyone's attention. He became famous for his work as a model for Bibi Lab. Ayato is cosplaying in factory outfits and school uniforms, in some scenarios in his pose, he shows that working at the factory can be fun, gaining new skills, and interacting with others.
The calendar will consist of 13 pages of A2 size and has been sold on the website for 2,400 yen (275 thousand rupiahs). But the calendar is not sold internally, all you have to do is apply for a job in Ohmiya and go to the new interview stage you can get it.
Let's just have a look at the pose of this beautiful cosplayer.
